Kerala electricity board introduced a new
system to pay the electricity bill online for the consumers in the state. You
can see a scrolling flash in KSEB website http://www.kseb.in/ about this. On top of KSEB website you can see a “PAY
BILLS ONLINE” icon to initiate a payment. Or you can directly click on below
mentioned link. http://pg.kseb.in/ui/qpay.php
Provide the details in the columns
mentioned in the next screen and click on the show bill details.

Consumer Number
3.
Bill Number
4.
Email
5.
Mobile Number
Transaction charges will be deducted from
the payee/consumer as per following rates. The instruction can be viewed from
this site http://pg.kseb.in/ui/link.qpay_help.php
After successful
completion of the payment you will get a mail/SMS as a proof.
The
payment system is developed by the ORUMA which is in-house IT department of
KSEB.
During Online
Payment, if the amount is debited from bank account and the transaction details
are not generated online, please allow us 48 hours to generate the transaction
details. If the Online transaction details are not generated even after 48
hours and money is not refunded to the bank account, please report the problem
to the KSEB Support Team with Section Code, Consumer Number, Date of Payment
and Bill Number.
