Solution:
It is a bug and workarounds are:
- Mostly this error comes during the second duplicate command execution. Which means the first one was not successful. So try the duplicate command with NORESUME option. This will solve the error most of the case.
e.g: duplicate target database to TESTE1 until scn 152651941 noresume;
2. Do not use recovery catalog.
3. Use explicit set newname for datafiles not converted by a db_file_name_convert clause
